ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER:
How
soon will I get my order?
Most items will ship within 10 business days of your order being finalized.
Paddles and Traditional Mugs take 15-20 business days.
Rush service is available on all items.
If you have an order that you need sooner, please call us to place your
order at 800-432-8677.
If I don't have my final quantity now can I still place my order online?
Yes. Estimate the number of items and tell us in the "Special Instructions" box
that your quantities are not final.
We will place an initial order to generate your order number.
When you receive your artwork we will assign you the date that you must
submit your final numbers and or sizes in order for you to receive your items
by your specified Request Date.
If I order larger quantities will my price go down?
Pricing is based on the quantity of items and apparel prices are based on both
the quantity and the number of colors to be printed on the front and/or back of
the garment.

How do I pay for my order?
You may pay online with Visa or Mastercard.
If you select to pay by check, select check on the payment page.
You will receive instructions where to send the check.
We will only accept one check per order.
Your order will not be printed until payment in full is received.

ABOUT ARTWORK:
Will
I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. We will assign you an order number when your order is placed. You will
receive an email from us with the customized design(s) you requested within 72
hours. You will need to reply back
to us within 24 hours if your Request Date is within 7 business days.
We will not print your order until you have approved the final
design(s).
I found a design in your Apparel Artwork Collection. Can you modify it?
Yes. All designs can be customized to fit your taste. That includes size,
content, and colors.
How do I make changes to an existing design?
Select the designs you like and when you get to the "Combine Your Graphic and
Product" page where you join the graphic with the Apparel Garment, you can use
the "Special Instructions" box at the bottom to let us know the changes you
would like us to make for you.
Would you create a new design or use one I found?
Yes. We can create a new design for you or format a design that you have. You
can either upload the design on the "Combine Your Graphic and Product" page or
email it to artwork@favor-it.com.
Include your name and telephone number it the body of the email.
Are there artwork charges or set-up fees?
There are no artwork charges or set-up fees for screen-printing. If you would
like your apparel embroidered there will be a $25.00 digitizing fee.
